Launch of Warid Telecom in the Republic of Congo

A challenging yet classy affair, the launch of Warid telecom in the Republic of Congo was produced and managed by GA, with 40 tons equipment flown out of dubai to recreate the exact professionalism and standard expected in Dubai. A total of 50 crew spent between 10 to 20 days in Congo with two reconnaissance trips prior to the shipping of equipment, to create, build and run an event of international magnitude for our distinguished guests. The city of Brazzaville had never staged an event of this size, and the local population was surprised with the sounds of fireworks exploding in the night sky. Part of this production were artists brought in from France, a unique drummer show to pyrotechnics, and a local touch with Africa's biggest band composing a special song for the event. The whole production included a multimedia show, a custom made video for the product launch, the installation and running of all technical equipments brought over from dubai. Despite the lack of equipments in the country and a hard time on site, the event run smoothly. Special thanks to the great support of local event management company Purple Events. Today we are proud to have been able to produce one of our biggest events over 5,000 kilometres away from home.
